Join us to help fight local and global food insecurity. You can donate canned goods at the event or in advance. We'll recognize our top donors and crown a winner in our dessert competition. Your support helps fill the food insecurity gap in our community.

About the Event
Taste of Charity is a nonprofit 501(C)3 that coordinates annual fundraising/canned food drive event called Homemade Sweet Treats. Sponsors receive a magazine ad and/or social media promotion as compensation for their monetary and non monetary giving. Guests that attend the event mix and mingle with the community to help promote food insecurity awareness and help us collect canned goods and nonperishable food distributed to food banks. We primarily donation site is the East Alabama Food Bank.
